My mother was the one who contacted them, and I am super grateful she did, no regrets. Gaffney and Liz Mary were INCREDIBLY helpful through every step of the way. The energy they represented made me feel extremely confident that they were going to take care of the whole situation. They would often call/text to let me know the next step when information was needed and to check up on how I was doing. Liz Mary also speaks Spanish for those who are wondering if there’s anybody to translate! She translated for my mother when she had genuine questions and concerns.
